Setting the Bar: A Guide on Francisco Domenech

Born in the year 1978, April 29th in the Republic of Puerto Rico, Francisco Domenech proved to have acquired a political interest that catapulted him into politics at a very young age soon after his university studies. He was able to attain his first undergraduate degree in the year 1999 at the University of Puerto Rico, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Political Science. Four years later he joined the University of Puerto Rico School of law. During his second term at the university, he began taking active roles in the student’s body where he was elected as the president of the general student council and was also chosen to serve as the Academic Senator of the campus. Being one of the youngest practicing lawyers at the age of twenty-seven, he was given the opportunity to present his case on behalf of the Puerto Rico Senate in a hearing of the United States court of appeals which paved the way for his law career. In the year 2005 Domenech was appointed as the director of the Office of Legislative Services of Puerto Rico after being highly recommended by the president, House of Representatives and the speaker of Puerto Rico.

His prowess and mastery of the law were seen in the year 2013 when he went against Integration Corporate Services before the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. The court ruled in his favor as the case was from shareholders. After his rise in the political field, Francisco is presently maintaining a bipartisan government firm known as ”Politank” which has hired the former secretary of state as well as the Senate president among other former top-ranking government officials.

Francisco Domenech is well known for his philanthropic support towards various endeavors such as the Washington Center of Internship and Academic Seminars which operates as a non-profit organization that serves numerous universities around the world. He also takes part in giving financial aid to those who are less fortunate by taking an active role in the Dorado Scholarship Fund.
