Andrew started working from the time he was 17. He spent the early part of his career working in the network infrastructure industry. However, as time passed, Andrew Frame wanted to do something different. He spent some time pondering his next business adventure.
He knew he wanted to do something that was mission-oriented. After trying to discover what was missing in the world, Andrew Frame founded Citizen App.
Citizen is a free app that helps keep people safe regardless of their location. Before the pandemic, Citizen had its headquarters in New York. However, like most businesses, the company went to a remote model, but it keeps eastern standard time hours. Frame was splitting his time between New York and Los Angeles. Now he spends most of his time in LA. He has always been an early riser and has enjoyed the change. He wakes up, makes coffee, fits in a workout, and catches the news before his first meeting at 7 am. The pandemic has also allowed Frame to discover new passions. Andrew Frame enjoys ending his day with a dance class and a homecooked Italian meal.
Frame credits his brilliant team with helping him to bring his ideas to life. He says that one of the best pieces of advice he ever received was to make sure that you surround yourself with smarter people than you. Also, Frame says he is rather ruthless at developing new ideas. He is very strategic about what idea he is trying to develop. If he tried to develop all of his ideas, he says he would accomplish nothing. His ideas must fit into the Citizen’s vision of protecting people. If it does not fit into that plan, it will not see the light of day. Visit this page for additional information.
